Starting a new project? LumenSource would like to assist you, as a resource, by pulling together ideas for your project. Take a moment…tell us about your project, or the space you are planning…in return we will provide you with the following:
- “Idea-Book” – Once the design intent is revealed we will begin collecting brochures, and presentation material in a binder format. This “Idea-Book” creates a starting point in developing specifications and building our lighting fixture schedule. Call LumenSource and ask for your project’s “Idea-Book” and we will begin today!
- As the project evolves so does the “Idea-Book.” Add or delete specification sheets and brochures as required…..a work in progress…just like your project!
- As the lighting fixture plan becomes finalized, so does the “Idea-Book.” LumenSource will assist in generating a fixture schedule as well as provide budget pricing as the project moves in to the construction document phase.
- Two or Three copies of the “Idea-Book” will be provided. One for you, one for the Electrical Engineer and one for the contractor to say, “This is what we want!”
Project Management
Providing tools to save TIME and ensure project integrity!
- Specification assistance for standard, modified, and custom products. Determining the correct part numbers, lamp requirements and mounting details may be time consuming. LumenSource will gladly assist you with all of this information!
- How to get the best luminaires with the right technology for your project specified: Tools are available for communicating the design intent to the client.
- Partnering through the submittal review stage to confirm project requirements and luminaire details corroborate. Thus reducing Requests for Information during installation!
- Obtain Budget Pricing for project estimates by receiving quotations based on drawings, design recommendations, and overall design criteria. What are the costs of your design?
- What is Value Engineering and does my client or the project benefit from the “VE” lighting package being offered? These are the types of questions we gladly answer.
